Balance the Federal budget and cease the practice of debt financing, with foreign capital, of non-essential gov programs

Please balance the federal budget and cease the practice of financing special interest, social and non-essential programs with the use of foreign funds. Increase taxes and decrease governmental spending at the same time. Do whatever it takes to operate our government within the means provided by the revenues obtained from the citizens of the United States of America. Use the newly found budget surpluses to pay down the national debt. It will take great sacrifices on the part of the government and the citizens of this great country but, we cannot continue to pay for our indulgences and comforts with monies provided by foreign entities. It is time we take responsibility for our deficits as a nation and debtor to the world.
