Despite the common belief that the internet is for cats, we believe that a substantial portion of internet traffic is utilized for both professional and amateur pornography. Through recent disclosures, it has become evident that the NSA and other agencies are intercepting most all internet traffic making the USG the largest single warehouse of pornography in the world.
As such, it is my firm belief that by reselling our national stockpile, we can easily reduce and eventually balance our federal deficit. It's therefor a no-brainer.
