The government of the United States is over $15 trillion dollars in debt and growing. This debt must be repaid with interest. We request legislation be brought forth and voted upon to add a balanced budget amendment to the US Constitution to balance the annual federal budget. If passed, this legislation would cease future debt, ensure economic prosperity, and protect future generations from growing government debt.
