We the people of the United States ask our Honorable President to invite both the House and the Senate of our Honorable Congress to bring a sleeping bag and tooth brush on January 2, 2013, to live, work, and sleep on Capitol Hill until an agreement is made to (1) balance the 2013-2014 budgets (2) begin to repay the national debt and (3) submit to the States a Constitutional Amendment barring deficit spending less in time of war actually declared by the Congress.
