Mr. President and any other authorities who review this petition, the abuse and exploitation of Cetaceans (that is, whales, porpoises, and dolphins) is an atrocity against nature, and I propose we follow in the nation of India's footsteps, by banning the exploitative captivity of small and large Cetaceans for entertainment purposes
