I would like to propose the Buckley Bylaw, also known as You're Killing Me Smalls, which would hereby ban Toyota Prius' from driving in the left lane of all major highways. It is clear that anybody driving a Prius will be going at least 4 mph below the speed limit, and this is not acceptable. If trucks and buses are limited, so too should Prius'.
