Please sign this petition to ban the advertisement of Electronic Cigarettes. Children, teens, and young adults are susceptible to falling into the hype and ads (now with celebrities) promoting smoking E-Cigarettes. The image promoted is the same from the decades ago and gives the message that smoking is "cool, fun, reinvented, and sexy." These are the same tactics were used decades ago to target groups to smoke cigarettes. Since then, cigarette advertisements have been federally banned from television. However, the image of anyone smoking is not the image our youth need repacked to them in a modern box. The idea of changing everything bad about regular cigs and updating to appeal to the tech savvy world is wrong. Please sign this petition to ban the advertisement of electronic cigarettes.
