ban affirmative action completely on a national basis for the unfairness and inequality it brings

We, as a nation, will forever be scarred from misdeeds from generations ago. The scars of racism and prejudice still run deep in America.
But why continue to keep a practice that maintains racial discrimination? Why punish a person with given human rights to equality for their gender or for the color of their skin? Affirmative action gives preference to different races genders and more and this is clear-cut discrimination.
The time to end discrimination for ALL is NOW. Affirmative action is only maintaing the faults of our past and it is time to leave discrimination in the past, where it belongs. End affirmative action today.
