Circuses such as Ringling Brothers, Cole Brothers circus etc. brutally beat and abuse animals that they use for performances. These circuses electrically shock and whack elephants with bullhooks, sharp metal hooks that resemble fir place pokers. The abuse in the circuses is to much to explain beyond what I have just now.
There is no reason to have such cruel, barbaric circuses like these when we have many, many alternatives. Many other countries have already either banned or brought up the topic to diminish these horrific forms of entertainment.
