Cars account for more than twice the deaths every year than evil guns. 30,000+ vehicular deaths compared to roughly 12,000 deaths by firearms (not including 15,000 by suicide)
Also cars injure 2.24 million people a year in the u.s compared to 100,000 injuries related to firearms.

So if a ban on any firearms is passed based on the actions of a vast minority those operating them, than i strongly urge president obama and other representatives to ban the sale and purchase of automobiles.
