Ban all "BLACK BACK PACKS" this type of back pack was used to kill ,hurt, and injure many Americans including CHILDREN .

Petition to Limit / confiscate all "Black back packs" from every law abiding citizen for the safety of the American people. These scary back packs were used in the Boston bombings and murdered, hurt and injured many innocent men, women, and CHILDREN. If total confiscation is not a viable option let us limit the size of these "BLACK BACK PACKS" to a reasonable restriction - no one needs any back pack that may be able to accommodate a -Pressure Cooker ( limit size to a maximum of a few books, a couple folders, and a handful of pens and pencils)
