Breed Specific Legislation (or BSL) is a discriminatory act that occurs nationwide against dogs, based on reputation, skewed media coverage, and the appearance of dogs (not blood tests or papers, but characteristics), rather than the individual animals themselves. BSL is unconstitutional, as it goes against the 14th amendment: “No State shall…deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
There are no breeds that are naturally "good" or "bad". Dogs are like people; they are molded by their experiences and how they have been treated, they are subject to external influences that may affect their behavior, such as abuse, illness, neglect, etc.
