Ban all cell phone use while driving and flying

Need we to say more on this? Wheather you drive a motor vehicle or fly a plane one thing is for certing. Using a cell phone while your driving or flying is a very dangerous activy that can cause crashes and death because of distracted drivers and pilots. Is a phone call or a txt really worth the high risk? We need to end this problem now by just by making a law banning the use of cell phones while operating any motor vehicle all over the U.S. That also should include while flying a plane or driving a boat or ship.
