Ban All Civilian Firearms including Handguns. Only Stun Guns should be allowed under the 2nd Amendment

I urge the Government to immediately Ban All future sales civilian Firearms and issuance of enhanced protection for 2nd Amendment by the following.

1- Only Stun Gun Guns should be allowed under the 2nd Amendment.
2- Rubber or non lethal bullets for existing Firearms.
3. Background Checks for every Family member / same addressee of the Firearm Owner.
4- GPS locator for every Firearm and its Owner.
5- National registry of every Firearm Owner.
