BAN all Federal agencies from purchasing ammunition in times of war - such as during the wars on drugs and terror.

Issue the executive order banning all Federal entities from purchasing any type of small arm ammunition or small arms in times of war, such as the war on terror or any other time active military operations are in progress. The only Federally funded organizations not prohibited purchase of small arms ammunition and small arms during times of war are the Navy, Army, Air Force for the express purpose of overseas destination of said products. The national guard is prohibited from purchasing or other procuring in any manor small arms ammunition. This ban also precludes the executive branch from interfering in the production, sales, or transport of all intrastate and interstate small arms and ammunition in the 50 great states punishable by no less than 2 years in Federal prison. -Peter J.
