Ban all forms of fully automatic firearms (guns), & firearms & clips that can hold more than 16 rounds of aumunition.

The US falls victim to more mass shootings in one week than most countries experience in an entire year.
Firearms (guns) ONLY have 1 purpose: killing. It is much harder to kill large numbers of people with other weapons than it is to kill with firearms: particularly firearms that are fully automatic &/or hold large amounts of amunition.
There is NO real or legitimate reason for the average person to need or use these types of firearms.
Small handguns and simple hunting rifles are the only firearms with a legitimate use (hunting for food &/or personal protection). ALL other firearms should be made illegal in the United States.
Ownership of ANY firearm should require classes, exam(s) & a license to use. They should also require owner insurance in case of misuse.
