Gun control is not sufficient. Guns enable anyone who can pull a trigger to kill another human being.
The second amendment says: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
The law was written when multiple shot weapons did not even exist. It is time to stand up to the NRA and anyone who says they have the right to own guns. The rights of citizens not to be shot overrides anyone's objection.
There is no 'control' that can be established that will be able to judge the changing mindset of people in the future that may cause them to use the gun on another human being or animal. The animals have rights too!
