Ban all guns from a home if one or more of its occupants is prescribed anti-psychotic or mind-altering pharmaceuticals.

Created by M.M. on December 21, 2012

Agreeing to be prescribed anti-psychotic and mind-altering pharmaceuticals (especially SSRIs), such as normally prescribed for ADHD, ADD, and more serious behavioral symptoms should require by law that no firearms be allowed in the same residence as the person prescribed the medication. Also, a person under prescription for any mind-altering pharmaceutical should be banned from owning any kind of firearm while under medication, plus an additional 2 years after he/she has completed use. This same post-use 2-year ban should also apply to all person's living in the same residence of the person under medication prescription.
