As a proud gun owner, as a competitive shooter, and or avid hunter, we recognize that we have never required more than 10 shots to accomplish any valid shooting task. Therefore we ask for a complete ban on all high capacity firearms magazines. The reinstatement of the previous assault weapons ban is useless and will only provide an increased profit for those who have invested in the offensive assault capability. There is no legitimate need for Law Enforcement or Civilian entities to use these devises. High capacity magazines are devices of war and must be recognized as such, just as full auto machine guns are.
