Home Owners Association (HOA) should be banned in The United States of America with certain requirements that would allow them to stay if they can meet certain criteria.
1. 90% of the residents in the Association have to vote in favor to retain the HOA.
2. Failure to achieve 90% automatically dissolves the HOA at the end of the current month.
Stop the crushing of the American Dream.Open up more housing areas that are not in an HOA. It is almost impossible to buy a home in an area not ran by an HOA, unlike any other contract, it is overbearing and has was more perceived power than even your office, Mr. President.
Citizens, this is an easy step in bringing back individual liberties to the average joe.
