I want the Obama administration to ban all "large" spoons to fight obesity. Clearly, large spoons are the problem and not the operator of the spoon. If we ban all large spoons the world will be healthier overnight and will solve all obesity problems. I do not have any evidence to support this but we should still do it as a kneejerk reaction to obesity rates rising.
Hypothetically, if we did ban spoons from 1994-2004 and it did not work, we should still do it again just to make sure.
Congress can define the actual meaning of "large" as them seem fit.
