We the people respectfully submit this petition in hopes of the second amendment being upheld by our leaders.
We ask that you stop attempts to create gun control laws, and that you repeal any and all gun control laws including but not limited to:
The National Firearms Act of 1934
The Gun Control Act of 1968
The Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986
We are asking that the above laws be repealed and any law that restricts any citizen that is not currently in a psychiatric institution, prison, or jail from legally obtaining and owning firearms.
We believe that the second amendment gives each and every free citizen the right to keep and bear arms for the purpose of hunting, sport, home and self protection, and to protect our freedoms from those that would strip them from us.
