To lobby a representative or anyone in a public office, should be a citizen with no ties to a company or business.
And the meeting to be held with two or more representatives no less than two.
Gifts given to anyone Ina politically held position should be voted on by the state they represent, as to where that gift goes but it can not be given to an Individual no matter what that persons position is.
No behind the door deals. If a meeting is held, it should be made public what that meeting was about and the decision or advise that meeting.
