While we may agree that sexual predators must be stopped from using legal loopholes in order to share a bathroom with women and our daughters, what can we do about the boys? Can we trust that the man or trans woman (born a man) legally allowed/forced into a bathroom with our boys is not a sexual offender taking advantage of our laws? And if we make trans men (born female) go into women's bathrooms, how can we tell it's not just a creepy man? Sure, we could ban sexual offenders (who are overwhelmingly male) instead, but how do we enforce that?
The answer to all this confusion is simple and obvious: ban all men from public bathrooms. Targeting men might seem like misandry or could come across as unfair to innocent men but this has nothing to do with men, it's about safety and common sense.
