Ban the sale of military style assault weapons for public purchase or use; Cap the sales of ammunition for sale to a maximum monthly or yearly purchase. Initiate a data base for high risk individuals so that further evaluations may be done prior to purchase. Ban all magazines over 5 rounds for public purchase/use.
The second amendment should be kept in to context and common sense should be applied. NRA should be added to the mentally disturbed list until they recognize their true responsibility.
