Buying pantyhose is easy in the USA. People would easily carry it in their pockets, unnoticed by all. And then quickly put it over their heads, covering their face. This technique is used too often in criminal activities.
I am calling for a complete ban of pantyhose and all men or women who possess panty hose to turn what they have into law enforcement.
If we cannot ban pantyhose at least have a waiting period, similar to gun laws.
Lets help stop crime in the USA.
