To secure efforts to contain the Ebola outbreak and prevent its spread to unaffected regions of the world, all persons either potentially carrying the virus during its incubation period or afflicted with the known symptoms should not be transported to the United States for observation or treatment. Citizens of the United States and Non Citizens alike should not be allowed to enter or reenter the United States from known Ebola afflicted countries while carrying or potentially carrying the virus. Ebola has consistently spread to professional health care workers despite their following all safety precautions and known protocols.
