We have too many people and corporations involved in political races that they cannot vote in. If we can ban political donations, ads, etc except by those that can vote in those races, then the races will be decided by the people affected by the race and not others.
We also need to get rid of the big money that controls our government and put it in the hands of the individual citizens. To do that, we need to limit the amount of money that any one person can donate each year so our representatives are not beholden to only the rich.
This will keep out foreign money, money crossing state lines for local elections, etc.
