Ban all political parties and require all candidates for elected office to run on their own beliefs and funds.

Political parties were not created by the constitution and the framers would be saddened by the influence our two political parties have on our government and society. A system dominated by two political parties is only one party away from a communist or fascist system controlled entirely by one party. Creation of viable third parties is politically impossible today as they are either crushed or marginalized by the two establishment parties. Americans are tired of voting for a "package deal" and long for political leaders who run on their own views, their own character, and funds they raise themselves by attracting donors who share their beliefs. The only way to end gridlock and dysfunction in government in America is to break up the two party monopoly. Ban all political parties now!
