Ban all public indoor smoking on the federal level, including Indian Reservations, with no exceptions.

Tobacco smoke kills casino workers. There is no valid reason to allow such a thing to continue. We are discriminated against, since smoking is banned almost anywhere else. A state by state ban is unworkable, as it unfairly burdens some states over others. Lawsuits are also unworkable for similar reasons. A federal indoor smoking ban, including Indian reservations, with no exceptions, is the only fair way to eliminate this issue once and for all. Please stop the deprivation of the basic right to clean air and a safe working environment.
