Ban all Public Sector Comapnies from having access to Truck Drivers (CSA) Compliance, Safety, Accountability report.

Created by T.R. on February 15, 2012

The reason to Ban all Public Sector Companies and Persons (except the person of report) from accessing the (CSA) Compliance, Safety, Accountability report, operated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, is it discriminates and defimates the character of a Truck Driver.

A Truck Driver can recieve negative scores on this (CSA) report and be denied a job and deemed a unsafe driver when the violation(s) are minor and/or not the drivers direct fault.

CSA is a good program but the reports should be used for Law Enforcement, Weight Stations, DMV's, and DOT Enforcement ONLY.

Please Ban Public Access to Truck Drivers CSA Reports.
