Sign this petition to ask our president to ILLEGALIZE ALL PUPPY MILL OPERATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES. Current USDA regulations are merely enough for these kenneled up dogs to survive. None of these puppy mill dogs feel loved, comfort or see the outside of a cage. Some spend their entire life caged in their own filth and fece, overgrown and matted coats, diseased, sick, infected and improper nutrition.
This has to be stopped, now!
