Ban all Refugees and Sharks from our country (USA)

In the past 15 years the United States has helped resettle 784,000 refugees and out of all of them 3 have attempted to harm citizens, and all 3 of them were captured before anything bad could happen. Sure, this seems small and one could probably assume the United States government has it under control. Now, there is another statistic out there that now says the number of shark attacks have reached a new record in the past year with 56 attacks happening in the US. My solution... Ban all refugees and sharks from entering the United States by building a wall around the entire perimeter of the US. I'm not one to try to wow you with fancy "evidence" or "facts" but what I can tell you is that I do believe that the sharks and refugees are coming to take our rights away.Thank you for your support.
