a petition to ban all water guns and balloons created for the purpose of holding water as this is an unconscionable waste of water and i will not stand for it when there is a drought in california and parts of africa. Its so arrogant of americans to gleefully waste water by tossing it in balloons or projecting it from the ends of "squiriting guns" when kids in other countries dont have water or the means to buy squirting guns
