BAN ALL STATES FROM ALLOWING CONCEALED WEAPONS ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES

Ban all 50 states from allowing concealed weapons onto college campuses. Texas is about to pass a law that WILL ALLOW CONCEALED GUNS ONTO COLLEGE CAMPUSES that will be in effect in 2017. This is a sure fire way to have another school shooting because the person is legally allowed to have it on campus. Someone could use it to shoot a professor that gave them a grade they did not like or a guy could shoot a girl for rejecting him on campus. We need to have laws that ban guns from all educational grounds and if found with a gun, they will be severely punished. IF WOMEN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PEPPER SPRAY ON CAMPUS THEN GUNS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED EITHER!
