We the people petition the Obama administration to ban the use of temporary staffing agencies and force big companies to direct hire employees. temporary staffing agencies force skilled workers to take low end jobs for less than the regular rate of pay while the temporary staffing agency profits from that persons skills. these unfair and unjust companies cause many families to be forced into poverty due to big companies refusing to direct hire employees and provide the benefits and pay necessary to support a family. We ask that if you can not ban these agencies that you will create incentives for companies to hire employees directly. or create fines for companies who use the unfair advantages of staffing agencies.
