Ban those idiots/trolls who want to break up the union by making stupid petition. Hundreds of lives were gone during civil war to keep America as a whole. Charge them who want to seccede with treason . Imprison governor Perry for treason. And make it illegal and unconstitutional to leave the union. Do not approve for any state to become independnt.
