We the People petitions to ban all videos of human beings (minors and adults) in street fights, bullying and the like. The more these videos are posted on sites like WorldStarHipHop, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Vine, Facebook, Twitter, (all social media sites). The posts and the number of hits they receive encourage individuals to engage in fights and record them and then subsequently post them to the internet and circulate for "hits". Something has to be done to stop the violence especially with the youth of America, as well as domestic violence.
If they were banned it may decrease the need to fight and video tape them and later post them on the internet. If there were legal consequences for such behavior it could possibly bring about a decrease in the activity.
