Ban all websites whose primary purpose is to extort money from people using shame tactics while abusing public records.

Arrests and mugshot records are usually viewed as public records in states across the United States. Typically, to obtain these records one must show up to a police station, or access them via a local law enforcement website or county clerk. Google does not cache, or index public records which are stored on government run websites. Google, however, WILL index and cache, third party websites where this information is stolen and re-posted with the intention of extorting money from anyone they choose to post on their website via shame tactics. Some of these people are actually found INNOCENT, yet their images are still posted by these websites till a big fee is paid. This impacts a persons reputation online via Google cached pages. Make public records ONLY available via gov. regulated sites!!
