ban Alternative Teacher Certification Programs such as Teach for America from training pre-service teachers

All pre-service teachers in public schools or schools that receive either part or all of their funding from the US Department of Education and State Educational Associations must be trained through a national, regional, and/or state accreditation agency. These programs must be the culmination of either a 4-year pre-service undergraduate training program or a culmination of a graduate level pre-service training program.
