Ban Animal Circuses nationwide

I know one voice may not change the way things are done but many millions of voices can. Thanks to the animal rights advocates (like yourself and millions others)we have made laws better for animals. I am dreaming big here and would like help urging law makers to ban animal circuses in the United States. It would be a huge undertaking but because we had bob barker go to capital hill three or four years ago urging congress to get animals out of circuses and he started a bill right then and there.. it hasn't been passed or even touched since then (sadly). As you may or may not know (if you don't know here comes some education) Animals (elephants, tigers, lions monkey etc) are being savagely abused, neglected and forced to perform for millions of people in traveling circuses. Please help!!
