The intinet of this petition is to eliminate the purchasing of policies and regulations via monetary means, regardless of public desires. By allowing outside forces to literally procure through monetary means, interpretations of new or exsisting laws and regulations, can only eventually destabilize our constitution and the foundation principles it is based upon.
