given the constant threat against the people of the united states by foreign and domestic aggressors it is imperative to our national security that all citizens that are legally classified in 10 USC section 311 have access to and possession of small arms. attempts to bar such citizens from possessing the means to carry out their responsibility as citizens is in direct violation of federal law and the constitution of the united states.
therefore it is essential that congress make no law preventing these citizens legally classified as militia from possessing military grade weaponry for training and further conducting their legal responsibilities.
