Ban aspartame and replace it with Stevia or sucralose in products that have it.

Created by C.M. on January 12, 2013

Though the FDA approves aspartame in food, there are millions of people who are allergic to this product without even knowing it. Asides from it being approved by false means in the 80s, in general this is just not something that is not good for our bodies. There are so many alternatives that can be used without near as many side effects. Options that are just as cost effective and not near as harmful such as Truvia (stevia) and Slenda (sucralose).
Headaches are the most common reported side effect. Impeding weight loss rather than helping is another.
In 2007 several countries started to ban aspartame because of these reasons and more. Let us catch up and do what is right and healthy for our bodies. Ban aspartame from our diets.
