Law abiding citizens cannot be trusted with unfettered Free Speech. That's just crazy.
Assault Speech can be used to hurt people's feelings, criticize the politicians in power, and otherwise make people feel bad.
Assault Speech is also - very rarely - used during the commission of a crime. By removing the ability of law abiding citizens to use Assault Speech, it is certain that we can radically reduce crime.
