Due to the recent terror attack in Nice, France, and over 200 persons killed or injured, no civilian should be armed with a vehicle of more than 5 tons. I call on the administration to ban these monster assault trucks, especially those painted black, or with stylistic features that make them appear menacing. Further, due to the assault truck being stopped by a hail of bullets fired from defensive firearms, the administration should take immediate steps to arm and train all able U.S. adult citizens to deal with this growing assault truck menace with defensive firearms.
