Ban assault vehicles

In regards to the safety of the people, and considering the lack of ability of the people to think for themselves; I request that all vehicles that can exceed the speed of 80 MPH be considered assault weapons and therefore banned from use on any and all public roads streets and highways, or a device installed on any vehicles to limit the top speed to 80 MPH or less. This law would be similar to a ban on the size of gun magazines and assault weapons. People don't need assault weapons or magazines in excess of 10 rounds; people don't need vehicles that can exceed 80 MPH.
