Ban assault weapons with fire power deemed excessive to the rights of ordinary citizens rights to keep and bear Arms.

While Amendment II of the Constitution guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear arms, congress shall have a right to define and limit the kinds and distribution of assault weapons, beyond hunting and self-defense, hand guns, rifles and shot guns.
Congress shall have a right to define organizations with legitimate reasons and needs to hold such assault weapons beyond the needs of ordinary citizens, such as military, recognized militia, police and peacekeeping units.
The people shall continue to have the right keep and bear arms, for their self-preservation, defense and recreation with established restrictions and rules deemed best for public safety.
