The rights of others to bare arms shall not infringe upon the rights of others to establish and maintain weapon free zones within the boundaries of the United States. That a Government of and by the people can limit and regulate the ownership, possession, type and quantity of weapons and ammunition permitted by an individuals. That possession of a unregulated weapon shall be a federal offense banning that person the future rights granted of the 2nd amendment. That any weapon granted to an individual by a state shall not cross state lines without the permission of the federal Government. Under the commerce clause of the federal Government the exchange, transfer, transportation, possession or inheritance of a weapon shall be the regulated.
