We request an acknowledgement that we democrats who voted for you, and fellow democratic congress members pledge not to vote for any democrat who attempts to ban any assault weapon or high capacity magazines.
In fact we will vote for anyone who will go to the root of the mass killing problem of the individual criminal, not the general populous including us innocent gun owners. If that means voting for a republican, we will do so.
We democrats will not accept another gun ban without a political fight, even if that means changing political parties.
